After Skype, FaceTime, Whatsapp, and many more Communication apps Google announced internationally their major Video or Audio calling app with the name of “Google Duo” on May 18, 2016, at Google’s Developer conference. Google Duo allowing users to video or audio call people from their contact list through the mobile number. The application design of Google Duo is very simple and even user can use it with very low-bandwidth but it's very rear that user can talk on the video calls with 720p Video.

its 1st time in any video calling app that shows a live preview of the video caller before the recipient picks up the call with ”Knock Knock", which Google says is to "make calls feel more like an invitation and not an interruption”.
